We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn and in all the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS and please keep a copy of your return tracking number. VOLO Beauty is not responsible for lost packages. The refund will be provided within 7-14 business days from when the product is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
