We are temporarily extending our return window for the holiday season. All orders placed may be returned through January 1, 2026.
Items must be returned unworn and in all the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. VOLO Beauty is not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after the product is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
